Memang sebaiknya karyawan juga menghargai perusahaan tempatnya bekerja yang memberikan pelatihan. Jadi, jangan asal resign setelah diberi training. Minimal manfaatkan dulu, deh, ilmunya untuk kemajuan perusahaan.
